Duluth, Minnesota – 3/19/2025 – Arrow Lift, a leading provider of stair lifts, home elevators, and accessibility solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Pete Newstrom as Chief Executive Officer. Pete succeeds Bob Newstrom, who founded the company in 1985 and has led it for 40 years. Bob will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board and provide strategic leadership for the company.
Since its founding, Arrow Lift has been dedicated to its mission of serving others by helping them fully enjoy their surroundings. As CEO, Pete will focus on preserving and promoting the company’s mission, vision, and core values while driving growth and innovation.

To support this next phase of growth, the company is also announcing the following leadership updates:
- Andy Newstrom will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer while maintaining his position as President of the Midwest Market, overseeing sales and operations. Andy’s leadership has been instrumental in Arrow Lift’s success, and he will continue to drive operational excellence across the company.
- Joe Newstrom will transition to Chief Engineer, where he will oversee the Engineering Team, Safety, and Training. In addition to his role at Arrow Lift, Joe serves on the ASME A17.1 and A18.1 Code Committees and is a board member of the Accessibility Equipment Manufacturer’s Association (AEMA), helping to shape industry standards and best practices.
- Dave Saxton will become Arrow Lift’s first Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), bringing many years of marketing, brand strategy, and leadership experience.
- Cameron Hill will oversee Sales and Operations in the California Market as General Manager for Arrow Lift of California.
- JJ Hepp will transition into a Chief of Staff role, supporting the Executive Team.
