Brian D. Nichols
Executive Vice President & Co-Founder, Arrow Lift of California
Brian has been a pioneering member of the Accessibility and Residential Elevator industry for over 20 years.
Brian has successfully founded and co-founded multiple companies. He holds a C-II elevator contractor's license, B - general building contractor and (4) C - specialty licenses. He is also a licensed Certified Competent Conveyance Mechanic (CCCM) in the State of California.
Senior Vice President of Marketing & Sales
Andy has been with Arrow Lift for over 15 years. Under Andy's guidance, Arrow Lift has developed one of the fastest growing sales teams in the elevator industry.
Andy has led Arrow Lift sales teams ranking in the top 5 nationally for multiple manufacturers including Stannah Stairlifts, Symmetry Elevating Solutions, National Wheel-o-vator, and more.
Joe Newstrom, PE
Vice President of Operations & Engineering
Joe has been working with Arrow Lift for over 15 years in technical leadership, training, safety codes, information technology, software development, and engineering design.
Joe holds licenses as a Mechanical Engineer, Master Elevator Constructor, Master Electrician, and is a Certified Continuing Education Instructor.
Vice President of Finance & Accounting
Pete has been with our team since 2011, including pioneering our Ohio offices in Cleveland and Columbus. Pete has hands-on experience with installations, field service, and sales within the elevator industry, as well as a background in management and finance.
Before joining Arrow Lift, Pete served as an officer in the United States Air Force, and he received his MBA in Finance from Case Western Reserve University.
Director of Contracts & Administration
Sandy has been contributing her organizational leadership to the Arrow Lift family for nearly 2 decades. She has managed customer service, accounting, and project management prior to overseeing contract review & administration.
Robert Van Patten
Director of Operations, California
Robbie is a highly organized team-builder and has been working in the elevator industry since 2014.
Robbie's expertise in systems planning & solution delivery allows him to work across multiple organizational areas in supporting our sales, operations, & accounting teams.
Director of Field Operations, Midwest
Tim has been with Arrow Lift since 2002 and currently manages Midwest Field Operations. Tim enjoys helping improve the quality of people's lives in their home.
Tim has a degree in Electronic Technology from Anoka Technical College. He has been a licensed contractor in Minnesota since 1993 and is also a licensed elevator constructor.
Ken Chipman, CPA
Controller & Accounting Manager
Ken has been working in accounting management for nearly 3 decades, and joined our team in 2014 to lead our accounting and administrative staff.
Midwest Stair Lift Sales Manager
Brett has been with our team since 2012 and leads our stair lift sales efforts in the Midwest.
Brett specializes in solving home accessibility problems for customers of all ages by working with end users to identify and resolve accessibility challenges in their homes and places of worship.
Customer Service Manager, Midwest
Caleb has been building the Arrow Lift customer service team since 2011.
Caleb is a published novelist and has worked in film as well as advertising, and has an encyclopedic knowledge of our service customers.
Manager of Field Operations, California
Matt is an elevator industry veteran and leads our technical team in California. Matt is a Certified Competent Conveyance Mechanic (CCCM) in California and a licensed Elevator Mechanic (Los Angeles).
Project Manager, Midwest
Jeremy has been with Arrow Lift since 2008. Jeremy began in the field, working in Service and later, Operations. He transitioned into a Project Manager role in 2016.
Jeremy has a degree in Electronic Technology from Lake Superior College and has been a Licensed Elevator Constructor since 2012.
Information Technology Manager
JJ previously worked in non-profit disaster relief, operations management, and web site design and consulting, before joining our IT team in 2017.
