“I love my Arrow Lift stairlift. I feel independent that I can get to my freezer, check my sump pumps, or just get to my basement during bad weather, and I don't have to wait for family to cime over and bring things up from my basement. I've had my staircase for 5 years, and use it almost every day.
I bought a small breed puppy a little over a year ago, and when I was using my stairlift he sat at the top of the stairs and cried. I picked him up and sat him on my lap. He is one year old now, and can't wait to sit on my lap for his ride to the basement with me. He loves our Arrow Lift stairlift also. I'm so glad I purchased it.

The salesman was good and explained everything to us. The price seemed to be comparable to other places, plus they were local. The presentation was very good and the reps answered all our questions. We went to the showroom and tried out the various models they had, and decided to go ahead with the installation of the stairlift. It's straight up and down, and since we have a narrow stairwell, we’re still trying our best to figure out how to get around it when we need to. My husband is in love with the stairlift. I wish it had been cheaper, but none of them are cheaper, because they're elevators.
They show up on time they did everything in the contract what more could a person ask for.
Your customer service is off the charts great. Your headquarters staff and technicians are super friendly and competent every time I deal with them. And the elevator works flawlessly.
